As part of my commitment to making low cost services available AND training the next generation of therapists, I supervise graduate students from George Fox University. These students are highly trained in attachment-focused therapy and operate under my professional license. They are able to offer therapy services for a cash fee of $50/visit.

Attachment-Focused care

Why does attachment matter?

Attachment is a survival skill. From the time we are born, we are dependent on human connection for physical and emotional health.  We develop a sense of the world from the safety and security (or lack thereof) we experience in our early relationships. These experiences inform the coping strategies we engage throughout life.

Model of Therapy

Our work is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-focused, research-based model. We work with individuals, couples, and families.  The EFT model prioritizes emotion and emotional regulation as the key organizing agents in individual experience and key relationship interactions.

Trauma-Informed Care

We understand that many of our clients have experienced trauma, which can impact their mental health and well-being. That's why we provide trauma-informed care to help clients feel safe and supported during their therapy sessions. Our therapists have specialized training in trauma-focused therapies and provide compassionate care to all.
